Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Psychology Doctoral Training Program

Here you will find important information regarding the Psychology Doctoral Training Program, or PDTP, at Northern Arizona Healthcare. This information applies only to the doctoral training portion of the program; done under the auspices of NAH Behavioral Health Services. A separate manual is available for the postdoctoral program.

NAH is an integrated health system that operates two hospitals, Flagstaff Medical Center and Verde Valley Medical Center, and five outpatient primary care clinics. Currently, PDTP training occurs only at Flagstaff Medical Center and one outpatient clinic, Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group – Flagstaff. Flagstaff Medical Center is a 200+ bed facility and the only Trauma Level 1 hospital north of Phoenix.  Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group – Flagstaff is a primary care outpatient clinic where behavioral health is integrated into primary care in a collaborative model.
