About the program
At Flagstaff Medical Center, our PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program offers more than clinical training—it provides you with personalized mentorship, diverse rotations, and hands-on learning experiences in a supportive mountain community.
You’ll gain exposure to a wide range of patient populations and medical conditions while working with experienced preceptors. Our program emphasizes comprehensive education through varied electives, research opportunities, and quality improvement projects, preparing you to become a well-rounded, innovative clinician who makes meaningful impacts in patient care.
