At Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH), we value transparency. Our goal is to make sure you’re aware of your health care costs ahead of time, so you can plan your health care with confidence. To make it easy, we offer multiple ways to get price estimates for scheduled hospital services.
Get a price estimate with our online tool
Our CarePricer tool is just one way to get a price estimate before receiving care. If you have insurance, your estimate is based on your plan. If you do not have insurance, your estimate includes a 50% self-pay discount.

Please note: This tool covers hospital services only. It does not include costs from clinics or providers who bill separately. For those costs, please contact your provider’s office directly.

- Your appointment date and location.
- The service or procedure you’re scheduled for.
- Your insurance information, if applicable.
When to request a price estimate
We recommend requesting price estimates at least three business days before your scheduled service. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may change depending on your care.
For services at clinics or physician offices, please contact those offices directly. These locations provide their own pricing.
