Refilling or transferring a prescription
To transfer your prescription, simply call the pharmacy at 928-773-2565.

Flagstaff Pharmacy is located in the NorthStar Building, right next to Flagstaff Medical Center. It’s easy to find us and there’s plenty of free parking nearby.
For payment, we accept:
