Stop by the Northern Arizona Healthcare clinic at 1298 W. Finnie Flat Rd., Camp Verde, on Thursday, June 11, from 2 – 5:30 p.m. We’re hosting our annual $10 sports physicals for students to meet the pre-season physical requirement for participating in school-sponsored sports.

Please fill out forms 15.7-A and 15.7-B before arrival. The cost is $10 cash or check (no credit cards accepted).

All proceeds are donated to the students’ school athletic programs.
