Salary

Residents earn a stipend of $68,640/year paid bi-weekly.

Travel/Training

Each resident is given a stipend to attend ASHP Midyear and a Regional Residency Conference

All purpose leave

Residents have an allotted 160 hours of all-purpose leave days per academic year, which includes 40 hours of paid sick time. The remaining days can be used for vacation, professional development and other personal health days. In accordance with ASHP standards, residents may not miss more than 25% of any one learning experience and may not exceed 37 days away from the program in total. Residents pursing a PGY2 residency are allotted 3 additional interview days.
