We seek PharmD candidates with a strong academic foundation, excellent rotation evaluations, and—most importantly—a genuine curiosity and enthusiasm for the evolving landscape of clinical pharmacy practice. Interviews are scheduled between January and February in the candidate’s final year.
Applicants must be a PharmD graduate or candidate for graduation of an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited degree program or have a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee (FPGEC) certificate and eligible for licensure in the state of Arizona by Oct. 1 of the starting year. If not licensed by October 1, the resident will be terminated from the program. Non-US citizens must be eligible to work and live in the US by obtaining an appropriate visa and must be eligible to work as a licensed pharmacist in Arizona. We do not sponsor visas for foreign pharmacy residency applicants.
Flagstaff Medical Center participates in the ASHP National Matching System. Applications are submitted through the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). All materials must be complete and submitted by the application deadline. Interested applicants should contact the Residency Program Director.
