Kyle Lathrop
Bio
Kyle Lathrop joined Northern Arizona Healthcare as chief legal officer in June 2025. Previously, he served in a leadership position at W. L. Gore & Associates, a global materials science company, where he provided legal, regulatory and compliance support for the Medical Products Division. In that role, he oversaw legal projects related to the Gore medical device businesses in Flagstaff, Phoenix, Germany and Scotland. His work spanned various client collaborations in clinical research, regulatory affairs, quality and manufacturing, data privacy and more.
Kyle also held similar in-house legal roles with major pharmaceutical and vaccine companies, and he taught business and regulatory law at the University of Georgia.
He earned a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Arkansas School of Law after completing a Juris Doctor (JD) at the University of Iowa College of Law. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics and business from the University of Wyoming.
