Kim Allen is a speech-language pathologist and lead therapist in the EntireCare Rehab and Sports Medicine department of Northern Arizona Healthcare. She is located at Flagstaff Medical Center.

Kim earned a master’s in clinical speech pathology from Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, where she graduated summa cum laude. She has a certificate of clinical competence in speech-language pathology.
