Hannah Fox, MD
Bio
Hannah Fox, MD, is an Emergency Medicine Physician credentialed at Northern Arizona Healthcare, where she serves as an at-large member of Flagstaff Medical Center’s Medical Executive Committee. Dr. Fox works for Flagstaff Emergency Physicians. She also serves as the Medical Director of the Northern Arizona Care and Services Assault program, which provides trauma-informed medical forensic exams for survivors of sexual assault in northern Arizona.
Dr. Fox earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University in Columbus, where she then completed her emergency medicine residency in 2022. She also has a master’s degree in biology.
Dr. Fox lives in Flagstaff with her husband and two children.
