Bio

Brian Craft, FACHE, MHA, is Northern Arizona Healthcare’s (NAH) chief financial officer. He joined NAH in October of 2025, bringing more than two decades of experience leading financial strategy and operations at major health care organizations. 

Before joining NAH, Brian served for nearly a decade as senior vice president of finance at Texas Health Resources, a faith-based, nonprofit health system with more than $7 billion in annual revenue. In that role, he also served as chief financial officer for the organization’s hospital channel, managing the operating revenue of 25 hospitals, achieving board approval for capital projects totaling more than $10 billion, and advancing initiatives that strengthened financial performance and long-term sustainability. 

Earlier in his career, Brian led revenue cycle operations at Community Hospital Corporation. He began his career at Methodist Health System of Dallas, where he completed his administrative residency and advanced to assistant vice president of finance. 

Brian earned a master’s degree in health care administration from Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, and a bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

Brian and his wife, Jocelyn, have been married for more than 25 years. They have two sons, Austin, who attends Texas Christian University, and Jacob, who attends Midlothian Heritage High School.
