Kevin Wilson, D.O., and Paul Hanson, M.D., were recently featured in a local news story for receiving an award from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona for being the top performing primary care doctors in the state. Drs. Wilson and Hanson practice at Cottonwood Internal Medicine, but both physicians are on the medical staff at Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Verde Valley Medical Center and Dr. Wilson serves as the medical director of VVMC’s Internal Medicine Residency program.
“VVMC has been an outstanding partner, offering excellent care and access to a vibrant community,” said Hanson.
Cottonwood Internal Medicine was founded by the late Jeffery Arnold, M.D., who served as a principal to the practice along with Drs. Hanson and Wilson.
