To help you get the most out of NAH’s patient portal, we’re making the following changes in late February to improve your experience:
- A new dashboard with nine action tiles, or quick links, connects you with the most-accessed content in a single click.
- A more expansive dashboard creates space for popular features like messaging and appointments, reducing your need to scroll.
- Expanded help content includes frequently asked questions about where to find your latest test results, how to set up proxy access for a family member and who to contact if you need help accessing or using the portal.
- Patient-friendly menu labels and explanations of medical terms like radiology and microbiology help you navigate and quickly understand where to find your health information.
