Northern Arizona Healthcare to move COVID-19 testing site to Flagstaff Medical Center on March 24

Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) announced today COVID-19 testing will be available for the public at Flagstaff Medical Center beginning March 24. NAH offers COVID-19 testing in partnership with Premier Lab Solutions in Flagstaff for the general public and NAH employees.   

The mobile testing site, currently located at Elk’s Lodge #499 in Flagstaff, will move to Flagstaff Medical Center’s West Campus located at 1215 N. Beaver Street on March 24.  The hours of operation at the Flagstaff Medical Center location will be Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. COVID-19 testing will not be available at the Elk’s Lodge mobile testing site after March 23.   

Testing will be available in the parking lot at the south end of Flagstaff Medical Center’s West Campus building. Entry to the building is not required. Signage for the new Premier Lab Solutions testing site will be visible on Beaver Street.  

Appointments are not required during testing times, but individuals who want to make an appointment may register on the Premier Lab Solutions website. Premier Lab Solutions will process insurance and send to HRSA as needed, which may result in limited out-of-pocket costs, if any, for the public.
