Care Coordination, Clinical Social Work, Utilization Review, Resource Center, and the Community Care Network (all of which fall under the umbrella of case management) have worked tirelessly so Northern Arizona Healthcare can continue to serve patients in need; coordinate discharge and community health needs for patients; keep us compliant with quickly changing rules; address the increased medical and mental health needs a global pandemic brings; and support other staff with the logistics of this complex environment.
