“When you introduce technology into [the] care delivery process, you have to be very careful,” said Sorenson. “There are some cultures that are very sensitive to the technology’s ability to track their location…. It’s looking at that specificity and being really clear why you are introducing that technology piece to their care delivery that makes us successful.”
