NAH begins construction on new cancer center in Cottonwood

After receiving approval from the City of Cottonwood, Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) is pleased to announce that construction on the new cancer center at Verde Valley Medical Center (VVMC) officially began on Monday, March 9.

Construction will impact the public walking trail on the VVMC campus. While the trail will remain open, it will be shortened during construction. The full walking trail will reopen when construction is complete. At that time, community members will be able to enjoy the trail through the new cancer center gardens.

NAH recognizes the inconvenience and appreciates the community’s patience as it works to centralize cancer services in Cottonwood. NAH will continue to provide updates as construction progresses.
