4th annual Dawn Carmel Tebelak Memorial Golf Tournament

Northern Arizona Healthcare (NAH) Office of Philanthropy is partnering with local community member Larry Tebelak and his partner Barb Bacon to host the 4th annual Dawn Carmel Tebelak Memorial Golf Tournament. The tournament will raise funds that benefit NAH’s Scholarship and Award program. It will take place on the morning of Sunday, October 26, 2025, at The Oakcreek Country Club, at 690 Bell Rock Blvd in Sedona. A limited number of golf foursomes remain for those who wish to participate in the tournament.
