Stop by the Northern Arizona Healthcare Orthopedic & Spine Institute at 1298 W. Finnie Flat Rd in Camp Verde on July 14 from 3 – 6 p.m. We’re hosting our $10 sports physicals for school-aged kids to meet the pre-season physicals requirement for participating in school-sponsored sports.

Before arriving, please fill out forms 15.7-A and 15.7-B. The cost is $10.00 cash (no credit cards accepted).

All proceeds are donated back to the student’s school to benefit youth athletic department programs.
