Professional Bio
Jason Jackson, O.T., is an occupational therapist in the EntireCare Rehab & Sports Medicine department of Northern Arizona Healthcare. He is located at Verde Valley Medical Center – Sedona Campus.
Expertise and Special Interests
Jason’s focus of practice is the upper extremity, including the shoulder, elbow and hand. He also has experience treating patients with acute orthopedic trauma; joint replacement surgery; abdominal surgery; burn injuries; and other medical crises requiring them to regain mobility and independence.
Education and Certifications
Jason earned a bachelor’s of science in geology and environmental services at Northern Arizona University. He earned a master’s of science in occupational therapy at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque, N.M.
Philosophy
Jason believes early mobility and active functional motion are the foundation of recovery.
