Zachary Hinger, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group. He is located in Flagstaff. 

Philosophy 

Zachary believes in collaboration, communication, quality and availability. He works in conjunction with you, your family members, and other healthcare team members to create a tailored plan for your individual concerns. His goal is to provide each patient with thorough yet understandable information about their condition or diagnosis and what can be done to individualize their care. That way, he and the patient can hope to alleviate pain or disability. 

Expertise and Special Interests 

Zachary has expertise in back pain and other spine-related injuries and conditions. He loves working in this area because it gives him the opportunity to relieve pain and restore function, allowing patients to get back to life and doing what they love. His background also includes years of experience as an Emergency Medical Technician. 

Education and Certification 

Zachary earned his master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, and his bachelor’s degree in chemistry from California State University Channel Islands in Camarillo, Calif.  

Zachary is board certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
