Sarah Salce, DNP, AGACNP-BC, is a Board Certification-certified nurse practitioner with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group Cardiology. She is located in Flagstaff. 


Sarah believes in striving to make sure that her patients feel heard and understood. Shared decision-making is important to her, and she wants to help her patients make the best care decisions based on scientific evidence as well as their own values and preferences. 

Expertise and Special Interests 

Sarah’s main area of expertise and interest is advanced heart failure. 

Education and Certification 

Sarah earned her doctoral degree in nursing practice at the University of Illinois at Chicago and her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz. She completed a post-graduate cardiovascular nurse practitioner fellowship at the University of Washington Medical Center in Seattle. She is proficient in the Spanish language. 

Sarah is Board Certification certified in adult-gerontology acute care by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
