Sanjiv Faldu, MD, FACC, is a board-certified cardiologist with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group Cardiology. He is located in Flagstaff.

Education and Certification

Dr. Faldu earned his doctorate of medicine degree from The American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine in Cupecoy, St. Marteen. He went on to train as an internal medicine resident and served as the assistant chief resident at Raritan Bay Medical Center in Perth Amboy, N.J. Dr. Faldu completed his cardiology fellowship at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, Fla. Dr. Faldu is board certified in cardiology by the American College of Cardiology.
