Dr. Mark Richard Tasset, M.D., is a Board Certification certified cardiothoracic surgeon who has practiced in Phoenix since 2006. He is a Clinical Instructor of Surgery at the University of Arizona College of Medicine’s General Surgery Training Program in phoenix.
He has been voted the “Top Doctor” numerous times in his field of surgery, as featured in Phoenix Magazine. He performs all aspects of adult heart and lung surgery with a special interest in minimally invasive thoracic surgery, ECMO for acute lung failure, and mechanical assist devices for heart failure.
Dr. Tasset earned his medical degree from Creighton University College of Medicine in Omaha. He completed his Cardiothoracic Surgery training at University of Louisville in Kentucky.
