Dr. Linda Ling-Ying Liu, MD, is a Board Certification-certified breast surgeon with Northern Arizona Healthcare. She is located in Sedona.
Philosophy
Dr. Liu believes in keeping up with latest advancements in research and technology and in “thinking outside the box” to apply data in innovative ways when the clinical scenario is complex. She appreciates the privilege of being part of the private, emotional journey patients take. For her, it is humbling and inspiring to watch apprehension evolve into courage and resolve and a desire to help other patients.

Dr. Liu’s expertise includes brachytherapy, oncoplastic surgery and nipple sparing mastectomies.
She has been in surgical practice since 1999.
Education and Certification
Dr. Liu earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, N.Y., and her bachelor’s degree in Biology from Princeton University in Princeton, N.J. She completed a general surgery residency at University of Michigan Hospitals in Ann Arbor, Mich. In addition, she has many years of research experience and has published work in various medical journals.
