David M. Leder, MD, FACC, is a Board Certification-certified interventional cardiologist with Northern Arizona Healthcare Medical Group. He is located in Flagstaff. 


Dr. Leder believes in delivering advanced, cutting-edge cardiology services at the community level with a focus on a patient-centered, compassionate care approach. 

Expertise and Special Interests 

Dr. Leder’s expertise is in complex coronary and structural heart interventions. He also has advanced training in and a passion for peripheral vascular disease and vascular medicine; endovascular intervention; and limb salvage. 

Education and Certification 

Dr. Leder earned his medical degree from Loyola University Stritch School of Medicine in Maywood, Ill.; and his bachelor’s degree in general engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Ill. He completed an interventional cardiology and vascular fellowship at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center at Tufts University in Boston, and a cardiovascular medicine fellowship (where he served as chief resident) at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston.  

Dr. Leder is Board Certification certified in interventional cardiology, general cardiology, and nuclear medicine, and received initial Board Certification certification in internal medicine, vascular medicine, endovascular intervention and vascular ultrasound interpretation.
