Professional Bio

Chuck Marr was elected to the Northern Arizona Healthcare Board of Directors in 2010.

Chuck led four Nebraska hospital systems during his 35-year health care management career. He was the founding CEO of Alegent Health in Omaha. Alegent, now CHI Healthcare, is a nationally recognized, faith-based health care system serving Western Iowa and Eastern Nebraska. Chuck attended the Wharton School of Finance at the University of Pennsylvania and has an MBA from the University of Nebraska. He is a Life Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Chuck retired to Sedona, Ariz., in 2005 where he is an active volunteer at Verde Valley Caregivers, Rotary Club of Sedona, Christ Lutheran Church, Arizona Community Foundation in Sedona and serves on the Sedona International Film Festival Board.
