The Association for Healthcare Foodservice will honor Jeanine Drake, M.A., R.D.N., director of Nutrition Services at Northern Arizona Healthcare’s Flagstaff Medical Center, on Thursday, June 9, at the AHF’s 2016 annual conference in Dallas.
Drake received the Benchmarking Award of Excellence, which recognizes a healthcare facility that has consistently used AHF Benchmarking EXPRESS − the premier healthcare foodservice benchmarking program for self-operated healthcare foodservice operations; showed improvement in key performance indicators; and utilized data to improve their operations.
It is an honor to be recognized by the Association of Healthcare Food Service because fellow food-service directors across the United States are validating the success of how I utilized the benchmarking tool they provide.
