Patient experience continues to be a top priority as Northern Arizona Healthcare plans for the future. We understand accessing the care you need can be cumbersome and difficult to navigate, which is why we’re excited to create a new one-stop-shopping experience in Cottonwood, which is schedule to open in Winter 2019. In order to do so, the clinics currently located in the Medical Plaza, 294 W. State Route 89A, in Cottonwood, will move to temporary and permanent locations to allow us to remodel the building. If you have any questions, please call the clinic you are looking for.
Postcards will be mailed to patients notifying them of the move, with the new clinic location and a map. Below is a list of where the clinics will be moving.
