Checkup chart for men’s health

June is Men’s Health Month. Statistically, men are more likely to make unhealthy or risky choices. This leads men, on average, to live 4 years less than women. This June, we’d like to remind all men to participate in preventative health care, like annual physicals and health screenings.  Taking a proactive approach to your health can increase your chance of living well, staying healthy, and living longer.

Why not make this the year that you take control of your health? The chart shows suggested prevention strategies by age, however, we recommend starting with an annual physical and a consultation with your primary care first.
