Healthy Basics Class: Reaching a Healthy Weight
This Healthy Basics cooking demonstration class is focused on the benefits of plant-based nutrition. Join a supportive group class that ends in sampling the nutritious dishes created. You'll receive the knowledge and practical cooking skills you need to jump into plant-based eating. Class is led by a certified Food for Life Instructor with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
This class will focus on the freedom of focusing on quality not quantity; making fiber your friend.
