Flagstaff

Effective April 19, the State set up a vaccine clinic at NAU’s Field House in Flagstaff for all AZ residents 12 years old and older, administering Pfizer vaccine. Please visit: podvaccine.azdhs.gov or call 1-844-542-8201.
Verde Valley

Boosters
If you completed your two-shot Moderna or Pfizer vaccination course, or received your single-shot Johnson & Johnson vaccination for COVID-19 more than six months ago, you may be eligible to receive a COVID-19 booster. Visit the CDC’s page on staying up to date for more information or contact your primary care provider.
