Effective April 19, the State set up a vaccine clinic at NAU’s Field House in Flagstaff for all AZ residents 12 years old and older, administering Pfizer vaccine. Please visit: podvaccine.azdhs.gov or call 1-844-542-8201.

Northern Arizona Healthcare (FMC/VVMC) run vaccine clinics will close effective April 27, 2021 to provide support to the State run site.

For those who received their FIRST Moderna vaccine with NAH, and still need a SECOND Moderna vaccine after 4/27, please call Coconino County 928-679-7300 to schedule your appointment.
