Messages will be delivered within two
business days. Emails can be delivered to inpatients only. Please limit your
messages to two per week.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
Mountain Standard Time. We are closed on major holidays.
Your email will be printed
and delivered to the patient by a volunteer or nurse.
Notice:
Due to hospital privacy policies, If a patient chooses to be a "no
information patient," we will not have access to any information about them,
including their name or location in the hospital.
Therefore, we are
unable to deliver messages to "no information patients." Should the patient
change their status from "no information" by informing their nurse and
completing a form, they would be added to the patient directory and we would
then be able to deliver messages to them.
