Classes to help you get ready for your baby.


Congratulations! You're expecting a baby.

You will want to know all you can about how you and your baby can stay healthy and happy during pregnancy and birth. Flagstaff Medical Center wants to help you and your family get ready for your baby's birth. FMC registered nurses, specially trained health professionals, massage therapists, and lactation consultants teach classes on preparing for labor and delivery, how to care for your newborn, infant massage, prenatal yoga, and breast-feeding.

Classes are held in the Northern Arizona Healthcare Training Center, located at the West end of the Fort Valley Shopping Center (1000 N. Humphreys, Ste. 241-242). Click here to view a map of this location.
