Injury prevention
All athletes are not created
equal, nor are the demands of their sports the same. Even within the
same sport, demands of different events or positions on the playing
field can vary tremendously. With each different athlete comes a
different challenge, and a different risk for injury. Train your body
for the specific demands of what you will see on the field.
Sports specific training programs are
designed to enhance any athletes strength balance, proprioception,
agility and power to prevent injury from overtraining, sports trauma,
poor training technique, faulty biomechanics to name a few.

Injury Rehabilitation
It is almost a sure thing that an athlete will be injured to some degree
