Patient Satisfaction

Professional Research Consultants, Inc. (PRC) is a full-service healthcare marketing firm, specializing in patient satisfaction. PRC provides services to Northern Arizona Healthcare, including Flagstaff Medical Center, Verde Valley Medical Center, and VVMC-Sedona campus.

PRC assists healthcare organizations in improving their quality of healthcare delivery by interviewing patients, physicians and employees. Data obtained from the surveys then is compared to more than 200 healthcare facilities across the nation. Data results help determine areas of expertise and areas for improvement.

Quarterly survey results are posted throughout the hospitals in public and staff areas. The intent of the program is twofold; it inspires staff to match or exceed national norms for quality, and allows us to share those efforts with the community.
