Diazepam (carpuject) shortage |
|
There is a national shortage of diazepam in carpuject syringes. Please do not replace your 10 mg/ 2 mL syringes until 7 days before the expiration date. The scheduled release date is April 2012. This may rapidly become a critical shortage for this particular product. For those not supplying at FMC that have carpuject syringes you should check with your pharmacy or other supplier for their status and other alternatives. |
