Home care services are ordered by your primary care physician. Have your doctor call our intake nurse at 928 773-2238 to make a referral.
What services are provided by Northern Arizona Home Care?
Care may be provided by registered nurses, nurse aids, physical therapists, speech therapists, occupational therapists and clinical social workers as ordered by your own attending physician. All disciplines are licensed or certified to the highest level in their field.
How often do services come to my home?
The frequency of visits to your home are determined by your doctor in conjunction with the assessment of each professional seeing you.
What if I need other services that Northern Arizona Home Care doesn't offer?
The professionals seeing you can provide you with information on local resources that may help you in addition to the medical services we provide.
Is a nurse available to me after regular business hours and holidays?
Home health care is not an emergency service. If you are having a health crisis, call 911 and go to the hospital. For non-emergency questions, an on-call nurse may be able to answer your after hours questions.
