Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

All NAH employees and immediate family members are eligible to receive up to a total of six (per family) free sessions of counseling per calendar year and unlimited telephonic counseling through Magellan. Employees also have access to legal assistance and child/elder care placement assistance. The NAH EAP is designed to help employees through counseling or treatment with personal or professional problems which include, but are not limited to:

• Substance abuse
• Marital and family problems
• The grieving process
• Psychological or other medical or behavioral difficulties or disorders
• Interpersonal issues
• Communication issues
