Work & Life
All Flagstaff-based NAH employees can pick up a year-long ecoPass. The ecoPass program provides affordable commuting options to employees and entitles employees to unlimited access on all Mountain Line Transit routes, seven days a week, regardless of the trip’s purpose.
NAH fosters an environment conducive to personal and professional growth and development.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
All NAH employees and immediate family members are eligible to receive up to a total of six (per family) free sessions of counseling per calendar year and unlimited telephonic counseling sessions. Employees also have access to legal assistance and child/elder care placement assistance.
As part of the Employee Assistance Program, if qualified, NAH offers a Biodyne option which allows employees to have counseling for $15 copay.
