401 (K)/(Roth)

401(K) – Employees hired after July 1, 2000 NAH offers a 401(k) plan with an employer match of 50 cents on the dollar up, to the first 4 percent of employee contributions. If the employee is employed on Dec. 31st and has worked 1,000 hours, they will receive an additional 2 percent.
401(k) (Defined Benefit Plan) – Employees hired prior to July 1, 2000 Voluntary enrollment into the 401(k) with no matching. All employees hired prior to July 1, 2000 are automatically enrolled in the defined benefit plan. NAH contributes 100 percent to the plan for these employees.
Roth 401
A Roth 401(k) account permits you to:
- Contribute after-tax dollars
- Take tax-free distributions if certain conditions apply
- Reduce taxable income during retirement
